In that case, I would suggest getting touch with your local Customer Service center as if the Bass Module has no Bass from its initial state then I believe there could be an issue with it.

I have seen this reply several times regarding this issue. Since the problem seems to be software related, I would rather not waste my time dealing with replacement units. I guess I'm just wondering if Bose is acknowledging this problem and working on a fix.
