As Bose fans, we have recently experienced and still currently experiencing annoying bugs and several items that looked predictable:
Cracking issue en rear speakers for the soundbars 500/700
IOS 13 volume bug
Frames with the too low volumes
etc etc ....
Don't you think on Bose side it is urgent to deploy Beta programs on every connected products to avoid that the general customer population experience the bugs ? (All companies even your direct competitors do it)
Furthermore the correction time and communication are not on line with the standards of connected products company
We all know that a Beta test community is more flexible tolerant because they like to discover and experience, and it offers a large panel of high end users and diversity of use cases,.T
his kind of community is very skilled to find 0 day bug.
You should strongly think of this idea if you want to make the turn on connected products and avoid loosing disatisfied customers
Couldn’t agree more, the amount of time they are taking to correct the critical iOS 13 volume bug is completely unacceptable out of this company.
Netting over $4 Billion/year, WHAT IS THE HOLDUP?

Thanks for posting and reaching out to us today about the compatibility of our Apps with IOS13.
This has been raised up to our development team and is being looked into as we speak. We will update the thread as soon as we have any further details. We appreciate your patience regarding this.

They need to work faster. I don’t buy a $2000 soundbar system to have to let it sit like a paperweight for 3 weeks.
We are all owed a huge apology from Bose for having to be beta testers for a full year now.
