Bose 300 Home Speaker sound sync with Insignia Firefly TV

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce
Cannot sync sound between new Insignia TV and the Bose 300 (connected via Bluetooth). There is a pairing/sync function on the TV, and it runs successfully between the TV and the speaker, but sound still does not match up with picture. I have tried changing the modes on the TV (Dolby, etc.), and have tried re-pairing numerous times. There is a sound delay adjustment on the TV, but it doesn't seem to help.
What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)
When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?
Just got the TV two days ago. Has not worked at all
Any troubleshooting steps you took
Just trying the different audio modes available on the TV, re-pairing and re-calibrating the sound between the 300 and the TV, powering off and on, and adjusting the available sound delay adjustment.
