Bose 700 Issues

Hello,

 

I purchased the 700 back in October and had the Geek squad set it up.  It worked great for the first month then started having issues.  I’m pretty frustrated considering this is a $700 speaker.  Here are my two pressing issues....

 

1.) Everytime I turn the TV (Samsung) on, it changes the source automatically to Bose.  Everytime I need to change the source to TV (Verizon).  Really really annoying.

 

2.) This too happens all the time and is random.  The soundbar will disconnect and go to TV volume.  Then, will randomly start working again.  

 

Again, these issues should not be happening for a $700 speaker.
