Bose Home Speaker 300 cannot connect to WiFi

Hi, I'm setting up my Bose Home Speaker 300 for the first time and I can't get it to connect to the WiFi of my home. Bose Music app shows like this everytime I try to connect WiFi. I also tried everything listed on Bose website and also alternative setup method to connect WiFi (the second screenshot) but none of these works. Can someone help me with this? Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the setup of the Home Speaker 300. 

 

Can you tell me if the alternative Setup mode was successfully completed? As in, were you able to connect to the WiFi?

 

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the application?

Hi Jessie, 

 

I went to a Bose store and they determined that the speaker is defective, they have replaced it for me and the new one is working fine now. Thank you.
