I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with your Home Speaker 300 and Airplay II. I'll be more than happy to help!
Thank you for trying these great steps. This was a great starting point! I would recommend resetting your speaker and rebooting your iPhone to see if this improves the issues. I would also recommend checking to see if you have WiFi assist turned on, as this will need to be off.
