Were you able to find a solution for this issue of Amazon music not playing on Bose Hose Speaker 500.

-deleted and reinstalled Bose speaker 500 on Bose Music App
-reinstalled Amazon music app
-linked Amazon music again with Bose music app
-I don’t have any WiFi extenders
**Spotify works fine

Do you see any error messages at all when attempting to stream to the speaker? Please can you also let us know if you are able to stream directly via Amazon Music?
Let's also reset your internet router by removing the power cable for a minute before reconnecting, we also want to reset the speaker via these steps here.
