Bose Home Speaker 500 says "Sorry i couldnt reach Bose Music"

I have just purchased and installed a Bose 500 Home Speaker and i can play my Spotify library through the Bose Music App and also via Spotify if i choose to. Works fine.       

 

However if i ask Google to play something it replies "Sorry i couldnt reach Bose Music".

 

Any ideas please ???

I am experiencing the same issue but intermittently. I did not do anything to resolve it and it started working, but the problem has now reoccurred. Any ideas on this greatly appreciated. My wife wants to send it back!
