Bose Home Speaker spoke to me when I did not say anything

One annoying issue I have been facing with my Bose Home Speaker (Google Assistant) is that it spoke to me out of nowhere during I have conference call. Nobody was saying Hey Google. How can I resolve this issue? Right now I just switch off the Home Speaker mic when I am having my call. Also, it would be nice if the mic on/off can be control through the app.

Re: Bose Home Speaker spoke to me when I did not say anything

Hey there bp.sg,

Thank you for this post, I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with your speaker.

Does this happen often? Or is it something that has happened once or twice?

I would recommend a reset, which Home Speaker do you have, so I can give you the correct way of doing this.

I look forward to hearing from you!
