Bose Music App

I am having issues logging in to my app.

 

I keep getting a:

 

Hmm...

Something went wrong trying to sign you in.

 

I have changed my password, un installed app and re installed. 

 

Can someone help?

Hey Sosa,

 

That's quite unusual - is this your first time using the SoundTouch app?

 

Have you tried to sign in to the app on a different device? I'd recommend rebooting your router, by disconnecting it from power for two minutes, then trying to sign in after - there may have been a slight app verification issue. Let me know if things improve!
