Re: Soundbar 700 - HDMI ARC will not work
Same issue over here, in the beginning everything worked perfect, suddenly i had troubles. Sometimes no sound, sometimes both tv and soundbar give sound. If i unplug the tv from the power for 30 seconds it starts working again four a couple of days. Now the problem got worse, i have to unplug it every day! This isn’t normal for a high end product .. I have tried everything to get a long term fix, resetting tv and soundbar doesn’t do the trick. I’m getting frustrated from this problem i didn’t pay 1500 euro for a soundbar to use is it with optical? Bose you guys should get this problem fixed. Such a big company en you just ignore this problem for about 2 years or longer now.
If you guys can’t fix it you should have to recall all the products from people who are having issues. And stop selling this piece of **bleep** product! Amazing sound, beautifull design but so disapointing if you can’t use arc funtionality.

Orange decoder (belgian digital tv)
