I'm sorry to hear that you are still experiencing these issues.
Our update does not have the ability to alter settings on your TV.
I would recommend resetting the handshake between your TV and SoundBar 700 to see if your TV recognizes the SoundBar and its compatibility with Dolby.
You can do this by unplugging both the TV and the SoundBar from power (leaving your HDMI cable connected), wait for 30 seconds > plug in the SoundBar and let it reboot > Once complete turn it on and select the TV source on the Remote control > Plug in the TV > retest.
If this fails to resolve your issue I would recommend resetting your TV to factory settings and seeing if this helps.
