thanks for replying. Tried your recommended steps but still having the same issue.
Without rebooting the soundbar, when press and hold the action button, the google voice will announce can’t find the Wifi connection.
So on top for your steps, I have also rest states the sound bar and removed the batteries.

Other than the google voice are you able to use Wi-Fi? If not can you please attempt an alternate set up on the Soundbar via the steps that are listed here.
