Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce
I've had the bose speaker for about 3 days everything was fine. I had it grouped to the Bose Soundlink Color 2. Both new. Worked perfectly until today it stop connecting to devices. When I connect the bose 500 to my phone or tv it breaks up the grouping of the two speakers. It wasn't doing that the past 3 days. So ended up going into recovery mode. Now the Bose Home Smart Speaker 500 stays with a white bar flashing from left to right. Been like that all day, no progress. I can't even get it out of Recovery mode and it just goes to that when I plug it back in. Literally bought both speakers three days ago and already $500 down the drain. I've never had a problem with Bose till now.

Yes, for the first 3-4 days I've had it. Brand new.

The recovery mode. Has stayed in recovery mode ever since.
