Hi, I bought a new soundbar 700 in January and suddenly lost the soundbar on my bose app and now I have a new internet provider trid everything and couldn't get it to work Bluetooth is working fine so I followed a bose video on youtube pressed volume down and left navigation at the same time and then the button on the soundbar for 5 seconds and now I just cannot connect the remote to soundbar and also to the app. any help is appreciated.

I would recommend connecting your soundbar via ethernet and try the set up again. This will get your system upset up on your new internet and allow you to add the remote again.
