Hey @Morenchi,

 

Sorry to hear you seem to be experiencing this issue quite frequently. Have you tried rebooting your WiFi router? This will help clear any signal issue and will help to reset and re-establish your network connections. Simply disconnect the router from power for two minutes and then test afterward - let me know if this helps you!

So do you mean that  this is my router problem? And I have to reboot my router like 2 times a week to fix this problem? ( After I reboot my router it fixed for 1 or 2 days, , but same problem occur again ) 

 

Please advice me more solutions. 

I like Bose sounds equality,  but the software firmware of this products are... Unbelievable disappointed

Bose please fix the c7-sc3103 issue!!! Expensive speakers for a **bleep**ty problem.
