Thank you for taking the time to post and welcome to the Bose Community.
As @Xyz987 correctly stated, there isn't a bass module companion that can be purchased to connect with the Home Speaker 500.
You've mentioned the need for more bass - have you tried adjusting the Bass/Treble settings from within the Bose Music app? For both settings, the level will increase in increments of +10/-10 ranging -100 to +100. I'd advise playing around with these if you haven't already.
Watch the video HERE to learn more.
Give that a try, then let me know if you find the sound you're looking for!

Hello, everything I've read shows there's no bass module compatible with the Home Speaker 500. Is there any such product coming out soon?
No sub...hopefully Bose will release a larger speaker similar to the SoundTouch 30. Lets call it Home Speaker 700.

You can use a Home Speaker 300 as bass reinforcement :
1) setup the Home Speaker 300 to Bass=100, Treble=-100
2) setup the Home Speaker 500 to Bass=-20, Treble=0
3) create a speaker group with Home Speaker 500 as main speaker
4) in speaker group volume settings : setup volume for the Home Speaker 300 to be half the volume of the Home Speaker 500.
It's my setup, and it works very well.
