Thank you for all the feedback about this issue and I wanted to let you know that we are actively working on it.  We've identified this as a software issue and should be resolved with a future update.  I ask that you please stick with us while we get this rectified for all the users affected by this problem.  As soon as there is an update, we'll be sure to inform the Community!

clock is still incorrect as at 9 Dec 2019.

Can we please get an update on this issue? It’s a $600 speaker. It’s possibly the most expensive of its kind and a month on and we still have this clock issue. I’m no software expert, but really one month and it’s still not fixed, particularly when it worked beautifully before a update.

Starting to feel like we are being played for fools??

Step up Bose. The expectation from a premium product is premium performance and service ... perhaps it’s time to start discussing compensation?

This has actually become ridiculas now

Nearly a month to fix a clock issue, now im not a genius but surely just go back to the previous software

No ETA to fix the problem is not acceptable when we are paying premium price for what is now a sub standard product

Hello

I am experiencing the same issue, I have updated Bose app to lastest version, tried to deactivate and activate clock option, speaker reset a few times, nothing has solved the problem.

Please advise how to proceed Bose support, this is ridiculous.

Hello all,

 

Thank you for time and patience with this particular bug we saw introduced in the last update.  Since then we have identified the issue and have a release an update that should correct the issue. 

 

The speaker should have auto updated at 3 AM unless the system was in use.  If this was the case and the system did not auto-update, you would want to factory default your system by holding down AUX and Vol -.  Once re-connected to the network, the speaker will automatically search for an update.  If your app does not prompt you to update, please check the Google Play Store and Apple App Store for the latest version.

In Sydney (Australia) and the clock is now correct.
We had to do a factory default restart.

Finally the clock issue has been settled in Singapore.

Next question, when will Alexa be able to work in Singapore ???

Otherwise, this expensive gadget is just a glorified radio !!!!

I had initially thought I can use it as a clock **bleep** alarm...

Pls advise if I am able to use the alarm function without Alexa ???

Thank for solving the problem.

I also want to use Alexa even if Korean is not supported. 

Why don't you just let us use Alexa English version in non english speaking countries?
