Home portable not play.(bluetooth)

portable home speaker bluetooth not play. pairing ok. but not played. I do all reset and updating but failed.

So that I can provide you with the right information and troubleshooting steps, can you please answer the following: 

  • What troubleshooting steps have you attempted other than reset and updating? 
  • Does the issue occur with all mobile devices?
  • Have you attempted different streaming services? 
  • Can you confirm if you have attempted the troubleshooting steps listed on our support page here?
