Home speaker 500 - display

Hi,

Recently when using my home speaker 500 for either internet radio or Spotify (via Spotify connect) The display only shows the clock as if the device was in standby mode.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. A full reset seems to have sorted the issue. It was an issue for both spotify (via the spotify app or the bose music app) and also tunein internet radio.

Aside from this, does the system work correctly?  If you play Spotify from the Bose Music app, does the display show the correct information?

 

Have you done any troubleshooting yet?  If not, can you try unplugging the power from the system for a full minute, then reconnecting and testing?

Hi! I've got exactly the same problem. I did a factory reset and that solved the issue for a few days, but now I have the displa problem once again.
