I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulty playing your preferred playlists from Spotify on your Home Speaker 300. 

 

Are you not able to see your own playlists in the Spotify section? Or you can but they will not play?

Thanking you for taking the time to look at my problem and sorry for the delay in my reply. 

I think i have an answer now.  I wondered if you could ask the speaker to play personal playlists without having to use your phone.  It seems not.  Just getting used to the technology.  Thanks again
