Solved on my end too since the update of the app. Remains disappointing on how Bose dealt with it.
still have issues on WiFi connectivity with the sound bar and app. Any thoughts ? Keep doing a channel finder / optimization on the velop to reconnect
I upgraded to the latest iOS 13 and the current version of the Bose app on my phone. I’m having volume problems, also. Every time I turn the SoundTouch on it resets the volume extremely low. It no longer remembers the volume setting. I’ve also gone through completely resetting the Bluetooth and WiFi connections. I even reset the soundtouch to factory settings and set it up from scratch with the same problems.

This is still a major issue. I have spoken to several Bose support agents that acknowledge that they are able to reproduce it but are unable to offer a fix.
@Bose please prioritize this bug fix
