Got my new Soundbar 700 yesterday. Tried setting it up using the instructions provided. After downloading updates, the app could no longer find the soundbar. Kept searching.
I did a factory reset, and this time I could setup and Alexa also worked, but connection to wifi did not work, also the remote did not work. I assume WiFi was fine as Alexa worked perfectly.
I tried again today, deleted the device from Alexa app, deleted the product (had named it Den) from Bose Music App, deleted the Alexa service from bose music app. Tried factory reset, but the remote does not allow that. On the Bose Music app it still finds the device as Den, but is unable to connect. Displays the Oops something went wrong message. I am at a complete impasse as factory reset does not work. Please help

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues setting up your soundbar. I'd be happy to help you today.
I'd recommend first getting your network set up to work correctly with the soundbar.
In the router settings menu, look for and adjust the following settings as noted:
Note: Before making any changes to the configuration of your router, note the current settings in case you need to revert changes that are unsuccessful.
Recommended router settings for Bose product compatibility
Recommended router settings for Bose product performance
Once you have done this, disconnect your speaker from power, then reconnect to see if everything works.
If you continue to have issues, please let me know!
