Bose product name Boss Surround speakers 300

Country UK

Firmware Version

App Version

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce So I bought the Soundbar 700 with the Bass Module 700 and Surround 300 speakers. I connected everything and I know I did correctly because when I run ADAPTIQ I can hear the sounds from the surround speakers but in normal operation I hear absolutely nothing. Do I need to turn on the surround sound somehow as I don’t believe the speakers are faulty?

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

Any troubleshooting steps you took

Re: No sound from surround speakers

Hello Tjackson,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

I am sorry to hear you are having issues getting audio from your surround speakers when connecting to the Soundbar 700. The fact that you can hear the tones when connected to ADAPTiQ is a great sign! Let's try some troubleshooting to get this resolved for you. We can start this here

If the issue persists, please can you confirm what TV you are connected to and what audio sources you are trying to play?

I look forward to your reply.
