Poor Customer Service India
Bose portable home and Bose 300 speakers purchased in India via CROMA shop. Bose portable speaker sent to service centre to be upgraded since it was not connecting to the other two speakers (Which as a customer I was told would happen). In the end no upgrade done, but a new portable speaker was given to me. Clearly the Service center didnt care how to solve my issue, and same issue came up when I came home and setup the speakers.
No one at the CROMA shop or BOSE india is responding or supporting. Horrible service. Think this company should not be considered a premium one. I am only hoping to return my speakers and find one that is better repsesented in India
