I am trying to set up my Soundbar 500 Alexa on the Bose music app. When I click the 'Sign In With Amazon' button it appears to be thinking about it (the circulating arrow appears) and then stops. Do I need to install an Amazon app on my smartphone (I have Amazon Alexa and Amazon Shopping apps already installed) in order to finish the setup?
I already have an Amazon account (in fact a Prime account).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you attempted to delete and reinstall the app to see if this fixes your issue? I would also recommend rebooting your mobile device.
