Here we are six weeks later and STILL no fix for Firmware update 5.0.14.
I sent your CEO a skathing email noting my dissatisfaction with this inexcusable situation. No surprise that he didn't respond.
WHY NOT JUST ROLLBACK THE FIRMWARE TO THE PREVIOUS VERSION AND CALL IT A DAY?
Having spent $2000 on a firmware flawed system totally pisses me off!
After the 5.0.14 update alexa works 1 time on 3...unbelievable **bleep**...i’m a bose customer since 2000 and this “smart” system is the worst product i’ve ever had from bose

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with the Amazon Alexa voice assistant on your Smart Home system.
Could you please detail a little further regarding the issue that you are having?
- Does Alexa respond and complete commands?
- What is the LED bar status when you engage with Alexa?
On the Bose product, tap the ○ button to tell the product to listen for a voice command. If the product is listening for a command, its light bar will slide to the center and glow. If the light bar does not respond this way, there is an issue with the product's microphone that is preventing it from hearing your request.
