Service of Product
I give sound bar 300 for service on 3rd April. Service center in India saying that part of the products not available across world.
I sent mails to Bose India and Bose corporation USA. They are not acknowledged and responding.
I never seen such High standard and qualities corporation behave like this and ignore customers.
Is Bose stopped to Manufacture of the Parts and selling the Products?
What about service of any one parching or existing product?
Please suggest me how to escalate and how to escalate?
