I am having a problem signing in to SiriusXM on my Bose 500 and Soundtouch 20 since the firmware update has been done on both speakers? I have the app for SiriusXm its the same User ID and password. I also have a premium membership for Spotify is it free for both or a limited time offer because I will just drop the membership if its free.

Thanks for joining Bose Community! It's most unusual that you're having difficulty signing into SiriusXM on both the Bose Music and SoundTouch platforms. 


Let's start by signing in and out of both apps and resetting the speakers. The resets can be achieved by removing the power for 30 seconds and then reconnecting. Once completed , try singing in to SiriusXM once again. 


Regarding Spotify Free, this is now supported on both platform. You can find some more information here >> Introducing Spotify Free!
