SiriusXM Update and Improvements – January 14th, 2020

Hey everyone,

 

Starting today you’ll notice some changes will be made to SiriusXM if you’re a Bose Music App user. We’ve made some improvements and changes that will give you increases stability and access to additional SXM content.

 

In order to access the update, please make sure you have updated to the latest version of the Bose Music app and that you are using the most recent firmware for your Bose speaker. You’ll need to add your SiriusXM account details again, even if you’ve connected in the past. You should see some messages the next time you launch the app:

You can also go to your Settings -> Manage Music Services -> Add New Service.

 

Remember, after today you won’t be able to access SXM in the Bose Music App until you log into your account, even if you used it previously. You won’t be able to access SXM presets or favorites through the app or speaker presets unless you log back in starting on the 16th.

Please provide instructions on how to update firmware on soundtouch 10 and app
