Today i noticed a new issue on both SB700. ARC passed away ;(
Heard here and there lots of problems with Samsung TVs ARC.
Thanks to a HDMI cable disconnect and Connect, ARC is back from the dead.
Am I in a nightmare or in The Walking Dead ? Never had this kind of problems before.
I wrote to BOSE France like Charlotte told me.
BRADEY, if i have to return both SB700, which SOUNDBAR do you advice to buy.
Unfortunately, I'm experiencing same problem too :(. Again bose, you guy have real monkey developement teams.
I'm really disappointed about that as a programmer.
As BOSE told me in this email the issue will be adressed in the next firmware.
BOSE are going to send it to me before official release.
I will keep in touch with the community when i get it.

just posting this message to advise that I have the same issue and it is only when watching a HD channel. Also, to hopefully be made aware when the issue is resolved and what I need to do, if anything.
A quick post to inform the community that Bose has not sent me anything to fix my problem.
They told me finally that the fix from Bose is not ready and that my problem is a Samsung problem.
Bose told me that Samsung has a fix for me.
So I called Samsung and they told me they have no fix and the problem is a Bose problem so i have to see it with Bose.
It reminds me of French administration.
Tomorrow or the day after tomorrow i will bring back my 2 SB700 and my 1 BM500.

So Bose are basically selling a faulty product and don't care or it would be fixed by now 2 months and no fixed what a joke.
How is it going? When will it be fixed?
Don't say that you developers are still finding a way to fix it.

For information, I was in contact with the Bose Australian support through email reporting the exact same issue, and I got as a reply that there was no known issue, and my case was very strange...
Seriously ? This after pointing to some threads on this forum reporting the same problem.
I am losing hope of getting decent support / fix for this issue... I will wait a few more weeks, and return my soundbar 700 as well if no fix are released quickly.

I'm curious .... is this just an compatability issue with Samsung or is it affecting other manufacturers as well? I have a new Sony and haven't seen this problem pop up yet. I'm wondering if Visio or other major TV brands are seeing this issue as well.
