Hi guys I need some help!
I have a soundbar 300 with acoustimass base. The sound in the acoustimass cuts in and out, and rattles.
Anyone know what the problem is or how can i fix it?
It hasn't been a year yet that i got it.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Bass Module, we will try our utmost best to provide a solution for you.
Firstly, how do you have your Bass Module connected? If it is wirelessly, could you please try to connect the Bass Module using the interconnect cable (3.5mm to 3.5mm cable).
This will allow us to discover whether the issue could be due to interference.
Regarding the rattling noise, could you confirm that this is not something on or near the system? Loose items on or near the Bass Module may be vibrating when certain frequencies or volume levels are played.
Lastly, does the rattling occur at all times, or just during low frequencies?

I have the Base connected wirelessly, and which cable are you referring to? Is it provided in the box when i purchased the soundbar 300?
I have the Base placed in the corner of the wall ( for more base), but there's anything on top or near the base... I made sure that it's clear and nothing is blocking the base.

Thanks for getting back to us, the interconnect cable that Charlotte mentioned is just a standard 3.5mm audio cable that you might already own, if not there are very inexpensive to purchase to test to see if this solves the issue. I would also recommend resetting the Soundbar and the Acoustimass, please follow the steps below:
Perform a soundbar reset by following these steps:
• Turn the soundbar off
• Unplug the soundbar power cord from the power outlet
• Wait 30 seconds
• Reconnect the power cord
• Wait 30 seconds for the system to reboot
Reset an Acoutimass 300 by following these steps:
• Unplug the bass module power cord from the power outlet.
• Wait 30 seconds.
• Reconnect the bass module power cord.
• Wait 15 seconds for the bass module to power up and reconnect.

I've tried the previous steps you’ve mentioned.
Thr reset of the sound bar and the base, also I’ve plugged in the cable.
The same problems still happens...
im still under the one yr warranty.
Is is it possible to send me another so I can return that one?
