Soundbar 500 - Cant access Radio - Help please

Hi ,

 

Just noticed this morning that the sound on TV is fine , also when playing from I phone but cant get any radio .

Can anyone advise how to solve this please ?

Yes was trying to play music as always have via Bose App but would not activate radio , although TV & i phone music via blue tooth were fine

I actually experimented and   solved this by re booting my wi fi router and all now seems ok.

Are you trying to play this radio station through the Bose Music App?

 

What radio station are you trying to play?

 

If you are trying to stream via the Bose Music App, do you get any error codes? If so, what code?

 

Do let us know, we would love to do what we can to get this resolved for you.
