I am located in Mexico where all the services from google and Bose are available and whenever I give the instruction it says "I will play music" but the sound bar keeps in silence. Can a BOSE expert technician support on this?

I am having the exact same issue. I removed Spotify from all accounts and signed in again on all accounts. Still not working. I am in Canada and this was working before but stopped after I lost connection to the internet and had to restart my sound bar.
It will pay a song if I specify on the bose sound bar but if I don't say the bose sound bar then it says it is not available.
