Re: Soundbar 700 Remote and Amazon FireTV

It doesn’t list the remotes for soundbar. The remote I refer to is the large soundbar universal remote control black that arrives included with the sound bar. That’s all I can tell you about it. sorry!

@GGOB, I understand, I wanted to clarify as mentioned above, the Soundbar 700 remote connects to the soundbar with IR (Infra Red) rather than Bluetooth, but will only control other devices that accept an IR signal. As your FireTV can't receive an IR signal it can't be controlled by our remote. I do apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Re: Soundbar 700 Remote and Amazon FireTV

Ok, is there another remote that works then? Or why can’t Bose work with the fact that the fire tv is connected via hdmi and the Bose is using the arc hdmi - can they not control the system via the hdmi interface?
cheers!

Re: Soundbar 700 Remote and Amazon FireTV

One last question then - is there a possibility of adding an IPTV box called Sky Signal by any chance? Thanks
