Soundbar Bose 700 no connection

Hello i have problem with my soundbar bose 700 soundbar work fine, but in my App bose music, i cant find my soundbar ??

Welcome to the community, I am very sorry that you are unable to find your Soundbar 700 in the Bose Music app. 


Have you been able to see this within the app in the past or is this your first time setting up?


If you have not experienced this before. Are both your soundbar and device connected to the same WiFi network?


Is your soundbar up to date with the latest firmware? I would also suggest updating your Bose Music app on your device. To update the firmware on your speaker follow these instructions.
