Speaker GROUP only works when App is open?


So I bought 2 Bose Home Speaker 450 (Costco's model of the 500)

And I want to group them together. And The Mobile App allows that pretty easily, But that group disappears whenever the App is closed. Is there a way to have that not happen?

It's a drag.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out, welcome to the community. I am sorry that you are having this experience with your Home Speakers. This should not be the case when you close the Bose Music application. 


Are you aware of losing any WiFi connection when you close the app?


Can you ensure that both of your speakers are up to date with the latest firmware. Please follow this link to provide you with instruction on how to manually update your speakers. 


I would also like to ensure that groups are being made correctly. Do you use this process?
