Solved: Sportify not playing - white and orange light - Bose Community

Hi Bose,

I no longer able to play Sportify Music from the Bose Music app to my Bose 700. It keeps spinning in the phone app, white white-light light up on the speaker. After a while, the light turns orange. May I ask how can this be resolved? Or this is a bug?

It's alright. I have fixed it by signing out and then signing in again.

I am sorry to hear that you are having this experience!

Are you able to use any other WiFi service within the Bose Music app or is it just Spotify you're experiencing this with?
