Thanks for your response, @Atlantis.
To confirm does this happens with a specific playlist or does this happen with all music in Spotify?
Are you using Spotify Premium?
Let me know!
I tried Spotify again this morning in the Bose app and it works again.
I can play any song without loading issues 🙂
When it didn't work I used the Spotify app on my phone and used bluetooth to play songs directly on the Bose soundbar
Hi Jessie, I'm sorry to report that this seems to be recurring issue. Every once in a while Spotify won't sync with Bose sound app. After few days or weeks, it's seems to resolve on its own. Maybe you guys are fixing it or the app is broken. I don't know but can you please roll out a permanent fix? I'm having same issue again today
Thanks for getting back in touch,
Are you both having issues attempting to access Spotify from the Spotify app when you use Spotify Connect to select the speaker?
The issue is with both, in-built Spotify in Bose app as well as standalone Spotify app. The in-built Spotify won't play any playlist when you attempt to tap on it. It goes in endless circle of loading and fails to play music. As for stand alone Spotify, when you tap on connect to device and choose Bose soundbar 700, it attempts to connect with soundbar but fails
Thanks for confirming, Xeniskull.
Have you tried unplugging your internet router from power for a short period of time then plugging it back in to see if this helps?
I would also recommend factory resetting the speaker if you haven't already done so. Details can be found here.
Finally, please find below a list of recommended router settings to ensure your soundbar and router are communicating in the best manner possible.
In the router settings menu, look for and adjust the following settings as noted:
Note: Before making any changes to the configuration of your router, note the current settings in case you need to revert changes that are unsuccessful.

I hope this helps!
