Utilisation de Bose Music sur IPad

J’utilise Bose Music sur mon iPhone pour mes appareils (Soundbar 700 et accessoires + Home Speaker 300) sans problème. Par contre, sur mon iPad dans l’application mes appareils sont bien là mais indiqués comme « non disponible » ??

J’ai trouvé la solution à mon problème...

C’était simplement une configuration dans les réglages de mon iPad. 
Confidentialité / Réseau local / Bose Music

Hi Miroc,

 

I hope your Soundbar 700 and Home Speaker 300 sound great and are serving you well so far!

 

In regard to your issue, do you have two separate WiFi networks in your home? If so, you may find your Bose systems and iPhone are connected to the same WiFi network, but your iPad is not. Therefore double check in the WiFi settings on your iPad that you are connected to the same WiFi network as you choose on your iPhone.

 

If you still find this does not help, try a reset on both Bose systems by disconnecting them from power for two minutes and then testing the app afterward.
