Hi Hector,

 

I removed the alexa from boss app and deregister from alexa app and added back. Using VPN i tried change different locations nothing got work out still i get same response "sorry the device is offilne" Alexa is not working. Before it used to work properly.

To provide you with the most accurate information here, can I ask what country/region you're based in, as well as what location you're trying to simulate through this VPN?

Hi Liam,

 

I got to know that if we connect thru VPN to different country like US, UK my issue can resolve. But it was not woked out. Yesterday even i created new amazon account and try to assign the boss app but no chance. All efforts were gone on toss.

 

Please let me know if there is any results.

Thanks for posting and updating me on this. 

 

I can confirm that Alexa isn't available in your region on our Bose system. I can't advise on the VPN as this isn't something that we recommend that you use with your system. 

 

If anyone on the community has also had this issue and have resolved it please do let us know as this information would provide useful for other users!

I resovled the issue. It is because of enabled skills in alexa app, i have removed all skills in alexa app and it is workring fine. Thanks for your support.
