c10001-sc0 Errores bose home speaker 500 y 300 y bose music app

Hola luego de varios meses de uso encuentro lo siguiente

 

1.Al buscar podcast de spotify no abren desde bose music app muestra error c10001-sc0.

 

2.Cuando uso spotify en android y windows y selecciono los parlantes individuales home bose 300 y 500 se queda connecting y no reproduce ,solo al abrir bose music app funciona,(a veces conecta no siempre lo hace), muchas veces se pierde la sincronizacion entre spotify , bose music app y la musica.

 

3.La pantalla del home bose speaker 500 no siempre muestra caratula ,solo icono de musica,ya tengo el ultimo firmware ya instalado.
