I have my new bose new smart sound bar, but I never able to get it wifi setup with app.
My remote is a bit different, the music button is a bass button, and play button is a dialog button. I press the bass and mute together but never able to make the amber light on, it just two white button flashing and back to green. I try the alternative way to update but not success as well. I try all the way but not hae any luck.

Before starting troubleshooting, can I please confirm which of the below remotes you have as your remote should not have a dialog button?
The first one, the remote have BASS

The remote you have is from the Bose TV Speaker soundbar not the smart 300 soundbar.
Check you actually have the 300 model and not the TV speaker model.
If you do have the 300 model then you have received the incorrect remote for your soundbar and I would raise a support ticket with Bose and ask for the correct remote.

@coup27 is correct, if your remote is the same as the first picture, the remote you have is one that comes with the Bose TV Speaker, not the Smart Soundbar 300. I would also recommend double-checking which soundbar you have, and if you do have the Smart Soundbar 300, reaching out to your local support team to get the correct remote. You can check the model of your soundbar by using the Find Your Product section on our support page HERE.
If you need to get a different remote, then you can find the contact information for your local support team at this link, by selecting your country/region and then the 'Contact Us' option at the bottom of the page.

I think I just discover mine is Tv spearker not the sound bar 300, Tv spearker can't update sorfware? as its link to my tv box which always suddenly turn off the sound, so I am thinking to update the software and see if its better. Thanks

How do I know when there is a new update available?
If there is an update available the system will allow you to update the software, if not the system will simply not update.
There isn't an indicator to show this.
