Hi. Just looking for support with the soundbar and remote. Performed recovery and reset and the LED white light showed right to left for an hour or so and then it showed left to right and and it is still ongoing for 2 days. The remote is not paired and the 6 icons are blinking. The app was reinstalled on my iphone and it doesn't pick up the soundbar700 so I removed it in the app.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Soundbar 700.
You can see a detailed list of LED light descriptions here. If the bar is sliding left to right, this indicates the system is performing a firmware update. It certainly shouldn't take 2 days to complete this, however.
If you're still experiencing this now, I would recommend trying to reassociate the remote by following the instructions on this post by Jessie_O. Once you have done this, you can attempt to factory reset the soundbar and start a fresh setup.
Once you have performed setup, there may be an update available, please allow this to complete, however, if you continue to have issues, you may need to manually install the update. Details for manually updating can be found here.

I'm having similar issues with bose 700 soundbar. Just wondering have you resolved the issue??? Need some help please. THANK YOU.

I have tried almost everything and nothing works. After more than a week my bar is still showing from left to right and my remote control is not paired with the system. I have downloaded the the zip file to manually complete the process but it is not working. Please help me.

I have a Soundbar 700 and it continues to have a white light go from left to right. I have tried resetting it by taking the power out and pressing the action button and mic button alternating till it goes green. But then it goes back to the white light left to right.
Ive also tried resetting it by the remote by pressing the TV button and the skip back button but it never goes amber in color.
I tried to press the back and volume down to forget prior information and that doesn't work as well
I have deleted the Soundbar from my Bose music app but when I go into add new product sometimes it detects the Soundbar and the name of it but when I add it, it says fail to make initial connection.
This is awful and the customer support at Bose doesn't seem to want to help. I also just purchased the subwoofer and I can't even use it and highly regretting it right now.
Any help would be appreciated
