1 of my soundtouch always takes long time to appear

Hello

I have Soundtouch 10 and 20

and i'm using the 10 on Wifi and the 20 by LAN

also I have switch

I'm using Linksys ac3200 as switch and the 20 is connected to the Linksys switch

anything to solve this problem

it's really takes long to appear on the soundtouch app and it's probably the soundtouch 10

also i'm using wifi extender connected to my main router

Thank you for taking the time to post and I apologize for any trouble you've encountered setting up your system.

Just to clarify, what system is taking a long time to show on the SoundTouch app? Also, are you using the WiFi extender for the SoundTouch 10? Sometimes using extenders may cause some difficulty getting systems to show us available on the SoundTouch app.
