ADAPTIQ calibration

Hi, I have bose SoundTouch 300 and vi300 setup since in eyeara nd was abler to do the ADATIQ calibration suscessfullynwith out any issue at that time. I re- arranged my furniture and wanted to re calibrate the same. But this time I am not able to succeed in calibration. Most of the time I am getting “ room is too noisy, try again “ after trying one more time it will say “adaptiq calibartion unable to proceed and the error code was 2”. May I get some help on how to get the calibration success on the setup.

Thanks
RAMESH

Re: ADAPTIQ calibration

Hello Ramesh,

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Bose Community!

Sorry to hear you're running into this issue. Is the room completely quiet at this time during the AdaptIQ calibration? This is an essential suggestion otherwise you can run into similar problems during the calibration process. Also, make sure the jack for the AdaptIQ headset is fully seated.

Let us know the results
