When does this happen? During specific audio? What system do you have? The SoundTouch 300 or maybe the Lifestyle 650?

Thanks for all the information, it really helps. Could I ask what other devices are within a 5ft area of the system ( WIFI Router, Repeaters, Apple TV's, Gaming system, etc)? Would it be possible for you to try using a 3.5mm aux cable between the SoundBar and the Acoustimass module to rule out that wireless interference?

That's great to hear that your system is working! Based on what you describe it does sound like some interference in the room. One way to figure out where the problem is coming from is to unplug everything close to your system, test it, and plug the devices in one at a time to see if that can help you narrow down the issue.
