@Greg_BI am the original thread creater and this hasn't been resolved. So, please do not close the thread, as it's still relevant!
i even called Bose support and they told me that they already know of this issue and their engineers are working on it. well what do you know... a new subwoofer and soundbar have just come out. The right thing to do would be to take our units back and give us the new models, which most likely dont have the issue!
I agree entirely.
They have FAILED to fix the issue.
If they have SOLVED the issue in their new product, it is only right that they take our defective units back in a trade for the new ones.
This would redeem the name of Bose. Otherwise, as long as I have a defective product that they refuse to fix, I will NEVER buy another product from Bose.
It would also be less expensive for them to offer us this deal.... (Moderator Edit: Community guidelines violation)
Please choose wisely Bose. Stand by your product!
