i have 5 soundtouch 10 and 1 soundtouch 30 connected with 2 different routers. After updating to 17.x ALL the speakers disconnected and now they can't connect anymore. Mostly timeout error trying to connect to wifi or they can't recognize neither one of the 2 routers.
Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this connectivity issue. Have you already tried rebooting all of the SoundTouch systems and both routers? If you haven't, simply disconnect them all from power, and reconnect after waiting 1 minute.
If this doesn't work, could you let us know the status of the SoundTouch systems' Wi-Fi indicators? Are they solid or blinking, white or amber?
