Again, I cannot play all.

This time I did the reboot, unplugged the router and the speakers. It didn't work. Happens after every software update. Please help.

I'm sorry to hear you keep having this issue. There must be an underlying issue we are missing as this is not a common issue. Can you tell us a little bit more about your setup?

  • Number of Speakers
  • Model of Speakers
  • Do you have a split band Wi-Fi network (MyWifi-2G, MyWifi-5G or just MyWifi)
  • Which device are you using to connect the speakers?
  • What network is this device connected to?

Any and all information will help us nail this down as this should not be occurring.
